Wireless Networking Workshops in Latin America - TRICALCAR

TRICALCAR Project – Weaving wireless community networks for development in Latin America and the Caribbean. The second community wireless workshop will be held in conjunction with APC-member Nodo Tau in Rosario, Argentina. This workshop will train technicians from Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. A third workshop will be held in 2008 for the Central America and Mexico. The APC WNSP has developed a module on Gender, Communities and ICTs for the workshop, and women technicians were especially encouraged to apply.
